Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer team up for “Black or White.” A film about a successful attorney trying to raise a little girl when life throws him a curveball. The girl’s paternal grandmother, played by Oscar winner Octavia Spencer, decides something has got to change, she wants shared custody.
At its heart, “Black or White” is a film of a fight over what is best for a little girl who happens to be mixed race. With some racial stereotypes, this film is sure to cause a ripple or two.
