Gloria Greer was one of the hardest-working women in show business. She did everything in media from editing magazines to being a talk show hostess, and was even a publisher.
However, she is probably most known for her entertainment reporting. Greer’s career spanned over 40 years allowing her to meet some of Hollywood’s finest stars.
She interviewed everyone from Tinsel Town’s bad boys like Frank Sinatra to prestigious politicians including both Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan.
Brad Pitt, Walter Cronkite, Julie Nixon and Nicole Kidman are just a few more names to add to her long list.
Greer’s love for California, and especially Palm Springs, is also evident in her career. For many years her work solely focused on the desert city and those who lived there.
