Black Widow is the newest Marvel film to hit the theaters. It takes place after the events of Avengers: Civil War and before Infinity War. The protagonist Natasha, played by Scarlett Johansson, is on the run but looking to make things right for the other women conscripted into the service of the evil Dreykov.
Focusing on the past, Natasha Romanov is turned into an assassin. A girl forced to become one of the Kremlin’s creme de la creme of killers. She must reunite with an unexpected group of spies to put a stop to a lethal force on the world. Her younger sister Yelena, played by Florence Pugh who is also forced to become a black widow. Black Widow has all the action and then some that fans expect from a Marvel film. At its heart, it is a story about family: the one we’re given, and the one we create.
