When you think of Huntington Beach, you probably think of beaches, bikinis and boards… surfboards!
Huntington Beach, aka “Surf City USA,” has always been known for its rich surf culture.
Each year, the city hosts the U.S. Open of Surfing, which draws the world’s top surfers along with tens of thousands of fans.
Huntington Beach is also home to the International Surfing Museum and Surfers’ Hall of Fame.
But there are many other reasons to visit Huntington Beach besides the great waves. The Strand is located just steps from the beach at 5th and PCH, and features numerous shopping and dining options. You can also explore the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, Huntington Beach Wetlands or Shipley Nature Center.
