This summer, we’re taking the indoor fun outside. Jennifer Sbranti, event stylist and party planner, suggests bringing movies and video games out of your living room and to the backyard, to get the whole family outside.
The portable Nintendo Switch System is something the entire family can use! Sbranti suggests building a party theme around your favorite video game or characters.
In this California Life segment, Sbranti demonstrates some party favors that can be used to please the crowd. She created an entire candy buffet inspired by Mario Cart, and all the different treats are named after different elements in the game and characters.
Here are some other tips for the perfect summer party. Approach it like you’re creating an outdoor oasis for your party guests, that has everything they need to feel comfortable. Spread out colorful blankets, towels, and pillows on the grass. Pop up umbrellas and tents to create extra shade.
