You may know United Way nationally, but the Inland Empire chapter is making a big difference right here at home.
One in five children in the Inland Empire lives in poverty, with many families struggling to cover basic needs. Public assistance cuts mean nonprofits like United Way are vital to fill those gaps.
The Inland Empire United Way invests 88 cents of every donated dollar directly into local programs focused on education, health, and financial stability. They support strong nonprofits and run programs like Kids Pack, which provides weekend food backpacks to low-income students, and Tools for Schools, where teachers get free classroom supplies.
Real people benefit, like a mother who overcame homelessness thanks to United Way’s support, regaining confidence and stability for her family.
United Way also connects volunteers with local causes and runs mentoring programs to support youth.
Want to help your community? Get involved with the Inland Empire United Way and make a real impact where it matters most.
