Winter will soon be here. And with it, cold, dry weather that can really take a toll on your skin. Holiday travel can also leave your skin looking dull. But Manhattan Beach dermatologist Dr. Annie Chiu told California Life, there are things you can do to minimize that.
First, and foremost, Dr. Chiu recommends you find a quality skin cream that matches your skin type. Wearing looser clothing, taking shorter hot showers and exercising can also be beneficial to your skin.
Your diet can also make a difference in your skin’s appearance, but Dr. Chiu said there are some holiday favorites that can actually be good for your skin.
