As home prices continue to climb, more and more Californians are choosing to downsize. Like, really downsize.
The “Tiny House” trend is picking up steam. That means big business for the folks at California Tiny House in Fresno.
“The movement is huge,” said Nick Mosely, who started the company with his father, Pat. “It’s picking up speed every day, and more and more people are interested in living in these and downsizing into smaller homes,” Mosely said.
Each California Tiny House is custom built by hand, and they come complete with all the necessities, from a queen-sized sleeping loft to a fully-outfitted kitchen.
