
Mary Hart, one of the most legendary television entertainment icons, takes center stage at the Palm Springs Walk of Stars. For the past 3 decades, Mary Hart has captured the hearts of viewers all around the world on the hit show Entertainment Tonight.
Not only did Mary Hart have a successful 30 year run on Entertainment Tonight, she was also listed in the Guinness Book of World Records, as the longest serving entertainment news host. In 2017 she received the Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award and in 1999 was inducted in the Broadcast and Cable Hall of Fame.

City officials, colleagues, family and friends were joined in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs for a special star dedication, signifying “Mary Hart Weekend.” Mary Hart was named “Celebrity Grand Marshall” at the 27th annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade.

One of her proudest accomplishments is being a long-time mistress of ceremonies at the Palm Springs International Film Festival’s Films Award Gala.
