The Chesterfield Palm Beach will be hosting elite dining experiences for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, which include a four-course, exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner party and an intricate New Year’s Day brunch. To ring in the new year in style, guests will experience delicious five-star cuisine, creative cocktails and live music in the award-winning, historic hotel’s legendary Leopard Lounge.
New Year’s Eve Celebration with Four Course Dinner:
If you want to celebrate New Year’s Eve with Old-World British Charm, The Chesterfield will start its celebration at 7 p.m. in The Leopard Lounge with an Open Bar and Passed Hors d’oeuvres. At 8 p.m. you will be seated for a delectable four course dinner service, with choices of Foie Gras Terrine, Pan Seared Ahi Tuna and Chilled Jumbo Prawns  as a starter, Heirloom Tomato Burrata as a second course, Prime Filet with Lobster Oscar, Primavera Risotto, Veal Chop or Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass for the main course, and lastly the choice of a Passion Fruit Sorbet or Chocolate Hazelnut Opera Cake for dessert. 

There will be live music starting at 7 p.m. with a special champagne toast at midnight. Capacity for this event is limited for proper social distancing. $350 per person plus tax and gratuity.

New Year’s Day Brunch:Ring in the New Year from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a scrumptious brunch that includes a variety of delectable dishes, such as Stuffed Banana French Toast, Crab Cake Benedict, Smoked Salmon Plate, Pan Seared Salmon, Grilled Steak Baguette, Chicken Schnitzel or a Gourmet Omelet that comes with a complimentary Mimosa or a Bloody Mary with a basket of Fresh Pastries, Muffins and Croissants. Capacity is limited for proper social distancing. $32.95 per person.
