California Life’s Audra Stafford takes a trip to Disneyland Resort and has Chef Caine Littrell introduce some tasty Disney-themed treats.
The first treat is a creme brulee tart that anyone can make. Begin with a tart shell, then evenly scoop homemade custard into the shell, then sprinkle “diamond” crystal sugar on top, and lightly torch the sugar, so it caramelizes. Finally, top with berries that have been reduced down on low heat in a pan. This tart is also available at the Blue Bayou Restaurant in the Disneyland Resort.

Also available is the Mickey balloon popcorn bucket that comes in 3 colors, and a travel mug with different designs based on each park. Available at Flo’s V8 Cafe is the “ugly” pies, and you can also get Dinoco Oil Cans.

Check out the Disneyland Resort for more tasty treats and collectible gifts.
