As summer gets hotter, everyone wants to be one the sand. This time of year is when Surf City really heats up.
At the and of July Huntington Beach hosts the largest surfing event in North America, The US Open. Huntington has accommodated as many as 13 million visitors during this event.
There are a variety of events at The US Open, but not all of them include surfing. The event includes inductions into the surfing walk of fame, events taking place at the International Surfing Museum and adventure sports.
It goes without saying there is always something to do at Huntington Beach.
