Over 775 virtual tours being captured with ongoing Threshold 360 partnership
Sonoma County Tourism (SCT), the region’s official destination stewardship organization, is working with Threshold 360 to capture over 755 virtual tours for local tourism and hospitality businesses across the region.
Meeting planners and visitors can now virtually step inside many of Sonoma County’s wineries, restaurants, accommodations, historic sites, attractions, outdoor activities, and more. The interactive virtual tours can be found on business listing pages on SCT’s website, sonomacounty.com
“Sonoma County Tourism is thrilled to partner with Threshold 360,” said Todd O’Leary, SCT’s vice president of marketing and communications. “This kind of virtual technology and visitor experience is more important than ever. Now visitors, meeting planners, and others can view hundreds of Sonoma County businesses from wherever they are in the world.”
These virtual tours are excellent tools to help plan a Sonoma County vacation or meeting by showcasing many of Sonoma County’s experiences, such as Goat Rock Beach, The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Spud Point Crab Company and more.
“The virtual tour by Threshold 360 has provided our guests with a breathtaking preview of our 8.5-acre estate,” said Cecilia Enriquez, Winemaker/Proprietor of Enriquez Estate Wines. “If our guests had any hesitation about booking their visit, the virtual tour puts their mind right at ease.”
Threshold 360 and their contracted Certified Creators have implemented additional precautions and safety measures during COVID-19, to ensure that visual captures of properties are done in a contact-free and safe way.
