A California company is changing the way patio decks are designed and built to help you “live outside ordinary.”
Instead of wood decks that eventually rot, and in many cases, collapse, SigmaDek offers an all-aluminum and porcelain tile decking system. Their goal is to create a custom outdoor living space that’s not just durable, but also fire resistant, stain proof and maintenance-free.
SigmaDek costs more than a traditional deck, but CEO Paul Walker said it it is well worth the additional expense.
“From an engineering standpoint it’s six times stronger than wood,” Walker said. “It won’t rot, it won’t decay. It comes with a lifetime warranty which no other product offers.”
SigmaDek currently has 19 dealers in California and trained contractors in both California and Colorado.
