What Exactly Is Dehydration?

- Know the Signs – Watch out for dizziness, fatigue, and irritability. They’re your body’s SOS signals.
- Prep Ahead – Don’t wait until you’re thirsty! Stay on top of fluids and electrolytes throughout the day. Hydration helpers like Pedialyte, water, fruits, and veggies (think watermelon, strawberries, cucumbers) all count.
