Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is welcoming back guests and travelers with a newly redesigned outdoor dining patio on Aug. 13, 2020. The hotel’s garden patio oasis creates a safe haven for guests in the heart of Los Angeles. The al fresco patio experience will be cash-free and contact-free with a layout that optimizes socially-distanced dining.
Cattle & Claw, the property’s SoCal-cool eatery will offer new food and beverage selections on its rejuvenated garden patio. The updated menu will feature favorites such as the famous 10-oz. burger and lobster roll as well as include vegetarian options, summer salads, zucchini beignets, flatbreads and new entrees like crispy chicken and barramundi. The menu itself is even edible, made of potato, water and vegetable oil-paper for a whimsical and sustainable twist. Cattle & Claw is also offering branded picnic baskets filled with delicious cheese and charcuterie platters designed to share that can be enjoyed in a private cabana onsite or to-go. Groups of up to six people can enjoy one of three cabana packages, all of which include private cabana service, an appetizer and selection of libations, from Belvedere to Veuve Clicquot.
While the famous live entertainment spot Riviera 31 remains closed, the redesigned outdoor garden patio will exclusively offer a beverage programextending from the celebrated bar and lounge. White and red wines, regional beer selections and handcrafted specialty cocktails (starting at $8) with DIY decoration kits are just some of the new menu items. Crafted by famed mixologist and Director of Nightlife Aidan Demarest, pre-batched spirits will be served in individual mason jars, offering classic mojitos, margaritas, Long Islands and sangria. Riviera 31 will also offer its speciality immunity-packed cocktail made in-house, the Yoga Deck, to highlight the hotel’s commitment to the health and wellness of their guests.
Dine-in service will begin on Aug. 13, 2020 with the full menu available for pick-up through Chownow and DoorDash. New outdoor dining hours are 5 p.m to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. To support the food and beverage and medical industries, Sofitel LA is offering 15 percent off all food and beverage for food industry guests and Cedars-Sinai frontline workers.
