It’s a “cheeky” tradition in Orange County.
Every year on the second Saturday of July, hundreds of people gather near Mugs Away Saloon in Laguna Niguel for the “Mooning of the Amtrak.”
It’s exactly what you think it is. Men and women bare their buns for the people passing by on the Amtrak trains.
No one knows exactly what started it, but as you’ll see in our story below, the annual Amtrak Mooning has become a bucket list item for people of all ages!
