Not everyone thinks about the health of their skin heading into the winter months. But the American Academy of Dermatology thinks it’s the right time for us to focus on taking better care of one of the most susceptible parts of our body – our skin.
California Life’s Brent Weber recently spoke to acclaimed nutritionist Brooke Alpert and dermatologist Dr. Karen Stolman from the 2015 International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida about how “healthy cells – equal healthy body – equal healthy skin.”
“Looking at the health of your skin form the cellular level is important when recovering from skin cancer, and preventing it to begin with,” said Stolman.
The two also spoke about the benefits of ASEA Global’s advancements in supplements and research.
