November is National Caregivers Month, and this reminds us to always encourage a caregiver. Caregiving has become more and more popular ever since the global pandemic. In fact, 43% of U.S. adults are caregivers.
This sparks a question: Who cares for the caregivers? Luckily, there are ways to help lessen the physical and emotional strain.
