Lowe’s and about 60 other partners started a movement called Generation T . This is a movement that is intended to help educate young people on what a career might look like in the trades. This month hundreds of high school students got first-hand experience in the skilled trades. 300 Southern California high school students that are all involved in the SkillsUSA Carpentry Training Program built a hundred bunk beds for an organization called Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
