We all use apps like Instagram and Twitter on a daily basis, so why not make some extra money from it?
Social media has taken over the media industry and has become one of the dost successful ways to generate income and get rid of that 9-5 job. Today, we got to speak to Dan Fleyshman about how to make some extra cash on the side (easily at the comfort of your home).
Dan Fleyshman is the youngest founder of a publicly traded company in history. After licensing his apparel for $9.5 million dollars at the age of 19, he went on to scale the energy drink products into 55,000 retail stores.
Here’s a few tips Dan had for us:
- Mobile apps – if you like walking dogs, there are three different app companies specific to walking dogs. If you enjoy house sitting, there are companies you can do that with, as well. If you have an extra car in your garage, you can rent that out without having to spend a second of your own time. Apps like Uber and Postmates are also easy money-making apps that can make you some extra cash in your normal life.
- Utilizing your own skills – Monetizing your set of skills is important now more than ever. Things like education and having unique skills can be a great asset to use when tutoring and teaching others. You can charge your own set amount, up to 20, 40, or even 100 dollars an hour.
- Creativity – If you’re good at design, refurnishing, graphics, sewing, etc. you can utilize apps like Etsy and Pinterest to sell your homemade products on there.
Whether you have a full time job, you’re a full time student, or you’re stuck without the regular 9-5 job, these are things you can spend a couple of hours a day on, and make some real income.
