Rancho Cucamonga, CA – November 2026 – California Sports and Spine Center will host its 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Meal Outreach this November, bringing community members together to provide warm meals and essential items to individuals and families experiencing hardship.
The initiative will feature two outdoor community events, offering a welcoming space complete with tables, heaters, and a designated food service area. The first event will take place at the Hawthorne location on Monday, November 23, followed by the Rancho Cucamonga location on Tuesday, November 24. Both events will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In addition to a free, nourishing meal, the organization will distribute essential items such as hygiene kits, beanies, and gloves to those in need, anticipating to serve approximately 150 individuals per location.
The outreach arrives during a milestone year for the organization. Dr. Reekesh R. Patel, CEO of California Sports and Spine Center, is proudly celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the Hawthorne medical center, as well as the 5-year anniversary of the Las Vegas Sports and Spine Center.
